Hello, *

I’m Sophia, a creative leader and strategist. I design digital experiences that are intuitive, welcoming, and built for real people. My work blends brand design, UI/UX, and storytelling to create websites, campaigns, and digital tools that are easy to navigate, visually compelling, and accessible to all. I thrive in collaborative environments, translating complex goals into clear, thoughtful design systems that strengthen identity, elevate user experience, and make every interaction feel seamless and human.

Process is the difference between transformational and transactional.

Just like great communication, great design starts with a strong process. My design thinking is how I see, listen, and create. It starts with people first, not just the problem in front of us. We have all been to a restaurant where the waiter clearly did not want to be there. The food might have been fine, but the vibe? Not so much. Design works the same way. When the process has no care or curiosity, the end result feels & falls flat. When the process is thoughtful and people are involved, the final product feels clear, helpful, and actually enjoyable to use, the kind of experience you remember for the right reasons.

If you’re curious about my mind check out my process below.

  • Before anything else, I talk to people, ask questions, observe, and learn. This is where the real insight lives.

Ask more questions, don’t make assumptions.

  • I gather what I heard and turn it into a clear problem to solve. No guessing, no assumptions, just clarity. Delegate & coordinate with key team members needed to take the project to the finish line. Creating a project brief outlining clearly what the deliverables need to be, and when execution must happen.

  • I try ideas, draft, prototype, and bring concepts to life. Nothing is precious at this stage. Curiosity is the guide and the goal is to have design direction.

  • Once the direction is clear, I create the actual experience: layouts, visuals, interactions, and systems that work.

Share through collaborative communication updates & design iterations for feedback loops, and consistent team communication.

  • Achieve design approval and launch!
    But it doesn’t stop there…..

The best way to test effectiveness is to evaluate. I look at how the design performs in the real world, gather feedback and data, and make updates so the final experience works even better. The goal is always outcomes that matter.
